Absolutely loved it, it is a few
Absolutely loved it, it is a few (about 4) km out of town but that is really no problem as the transport is wicked, 1 euro for 75 min pass buses and metro on time. The hotel itself is clean enough and the staff are multi lingual and friendly. From the 2nd day both me and my partner were saying we would definitely stay there again and by the 7th day we did not want to leave! i really have no complaints about the place except that there was no kettle in our room.

Not bad
It was supposed to be next to the airport. It is over 18K away and a taxi costs 35 Euro each way..

Aris Garden -- Low Point of Our Holiday
The air conditioner did not work in our room. When we inquired about this, to avoid changing our room, we were told that the AC worked only at night. It never worked at all, leaving us with the choice of open windows and mosquitoes or a hot stuffy room which did not allow us to sleep. I do not like being misled by hotel staff. Also, the plumbing leaked in the bathroom leaving the floor wet and hazardous.

Too far from Airport
We wanted an airport hotel, this hotel is a 45 Euro taxi ride (each direction) from airport. When the request for an airport hotel is made only hotels close by, and with free shuttle should be consuidered. In Rome's case the only logical choice is the Hilton (right at the airport). Could pay 90 euros more and be equal, plus eliminate 45 min to 1 hour travel each direction.

Rome stop over
we booked this hotel in haste thinking it's only 3km from the airport, the taxi cost return was more then the hotel cost, over all is an OK hotel, but too far away from everything , too expensive for commuting, could be good for somebody with a car and local Italians as the only restaurant near by staff didn't speak english, and no other choice besides the hotel restaurant which is very expensive,it's certainly not for overnight stay for average pocket traveller

My review of Aris Garden Hotel
The hotel was without power for more than 6 hours. Probably not their fault, but it was a major inconvience.

Long way from Rome airport
The Aris Garden Hotel was fine itself. The location was a 45 euro taxi ride from the airport. I reserved it for an easy overnight-stay after landing at the Rome airport late in the afternoon, before beginning my Italy vacation the next day. The taxi ride to the hotel (the only transportation there) cost 45 euros - a really unexpected expense. The staff at the front desk were helpful, and showed us how and where to get the bus in the morning and then take the subway to the Rome Termini (train terminal) to catch our train to Florence. This was almost free (one euro) for the bus and the subway and quite easy. More good news: there was a hot (with eggs and bacon) breakfast buffet, which got us started well for the rest of the day. This hotel would work (by bus and subway) for going in and out of Rome for sightseeing if you didn't want to stay in Rome itself.
