Aleph Hotel Rome is a five-star luxury hotel in central Rome, notable for its eccentric style and its distinctive interiors. From Murano glassware to deco furniture, with black and white portraiture on the walls, the hotel offers a stylish base from which to explore the Eternal City. Architect Adam D. Tihany took his inspiration from Dante's Inferno, dividing the building into 'heaven'- the lower level full service luxury spa - and 'hell' - guestrooms with signature red color schemes. Sip cocktails in the brilliant white Angelo Bar, or experience sumptuous Italian cuisine in the entirely red Sin restaurant. The red library is a unique twist on a traditional library - a high-tech, silent red space entirely devoid of physical books, where aisles of virtual literature can be enjoyed online.

Rome visit

The hotel is nice and close to the Metro but very hard to find the address as it is on a small street. Rooms are small but very helpful staff.

definitely going back

i have to say, this hotel was more then i expected for the price, the service was good, the cleanliness was great, the space was a bit small but perfect for me and my wife. its in the center of all attractions, which is why we ended up returning the car we rented, (word of advice, the car us not necessary! hotel was charging 40E to park daily?! it wasn't worth it since parking was hard everywhere we went, which is why we also returned it. but aside of that, the experience was great! and i would definitely go back here!

Mother daughter trip

This boutique-style, design hotel exceeded my expectations. The room that we were given and hotel were decorated impeccably in a modern Italian design(but may be a bit too adult for children). The staff were superb and friendly. The location is very near to the Barberini metro(line A) and the Via Veneto..The food and beverages in the hotel were a bit pricey, but there are many dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel also has a spa on the lower level and a fitness center.

simply loved it

Great! 15mins walk from termini station and then a 15 mins walk to trevi fountain>could not think of better location.great staff. great room (took a superior), great value.great design. great roof terrace and even a small spa for free. definitely recommend it.Only negative: price of extras is a bit abusive (asked for 70euros for pick up at airort, 30 euros for breakfast, 7 euros for a handful of almonds in the room).but once again, a definite repeat experience :)

A Big Boutique Hotel

This is our second stay at the Aleph Boscolo. This stay was much better as the front desk was better organized, they provided excellent information about restaurants and sites, and every request was acknowledged and fulfilled. Even though we had a room overlooking the street, the room was quiet and the a/c effective. For a European hotel, the room was a good size and well maintained. The maid service was frequent and very detailed. There are many hotels in Rome. But, if one is looking to stay near the Via Viento, I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel

Beautiful Hotel in Great Location

To be honest, I was a little wary about staying at the hotel given some of the previous reviews, however, our three nights there were great, and I wouldn't hesitate in going back. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and the Barberini metro station is just at the bottom of the road. The staff were friendly, providing information about local attractions. The room itself was beautiful, and clean, just as one would expect from a 5-star establishment. The only two very small negatives about the hotel I'd say was the fact that the jacuzzi bath didn't work properly, and my husband wasn't too happy that the Eurosport channel wasn't working on the TV! The bar prices were very high, but again, only to be expected from a hotel such as that. We went up to the rooftop terrace bar one night for some pre-dinner drinks, just wonderful! As we stayed for 3 nights, we got the third night free, which ensured that the Aleph Boscolo was good value for money.

Excelent location, unfriendly staff

The hotel is very modern and not for everyone. When I arrived the front desk personnel was very friendly and they gave me an excellent room with a terrace. The view was fantastic, so as the comfort of the hotel. However, the day I left the staff was not helpful at all and they were even quite rude. I would strongly recommend the directors to review the personnel staff. Despite that, I would recommend this hotel.

Great value, good stuff

Room is relatively small compared to Boscolo Exedra. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, few of them do not speak fluent English. I tried to call the front desk and house keeping for more mouth wash, none of them understand what mouth wash is and just ignore your request. Other than that, the service is decent. Location is very good, just a block away from the Metro Barberini metro station, and walking distance to Piazza Repubblica and Spagna (the shopping area). A great stay.
