Un hôtel qui ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles!
Après avoir consulter le site de l'hôtel, nous nous attendions à un 4 étoiles, propre, avec un minimum de service. Résultats: nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre et avons eu le sentiment de se faire arnaquer. 1ère chambre: La tv ne marchait pas, le coffre-fort inutilisable, le pommeau de la doche cassé. Personne ne voulait prendre la responsabilité. Au bout de 2 jours on nous a finalement changé de chambre. 2ème chambre: le système éléctronique de verrouillage de notre chambre dysfonctionnait. Après avoir essayé x clés magnétiques, on nous a demandé de toucher nous-même au tableau électrique (ce qui n'a rien changé) pour finalement nous donner un Pass!!! Nous avions donc accès à toutes les chambres de l'hôtel! Pour eux ça ne posait pas problème... La sécurité n'était pas garantie. Bref...: aucun service, personnel non professionnel et en sous effectif, il faut arriver tôt le matin au buffet si on veut avoir le choix. Les tables sont sales, la terrasse ne donne absolument pas vu sur la mer. L'hôtel accueille beaucoup de jeunes faisant la fête, c'est donc très bruyant et personne ne fait rien. Les chambres sont nettoyées très sommairement. Nous déconseillons totalement cet hôtel. Il correspond à un 2 * cher.

Les croisières sont très sympas à bord des bâteaux Delfino verde (départ Bagno 72).
