- All in very good condition and tastefully decorated in light blue or green with texture and carpets in the same colour and style. Dark wooden furniture, facilities including satellite television and direct dial telephone. Bathrooms are in good order throughout.

This is a great hotel for the location - two blocks from the station - but the area (like most areas around stations) is pretty dirty. The room was fine, pretty typical for Italy.

Well located close to railway
Well located close to railway station however poorly signed so time wasted trying to find the street that could be a little intimidating when arriving at night. Duty manager should be awarded gold medal for rudeness and distinct lack of customer assistance and service

we stayed here for one night in
we stayed here for one night in pisa. very near to station but the street looked like a shady. however the hotel was quite good compared to hotels i stayed in italy. room was clean and air conditioner was small for the room. if you plan to stay for one night in pisa it is a comfortable hotel to be in.

The desk clerk was very rude and
The desk clerk was very rude and unhelpful. He appeared to be very overworked which is probably the reason. The breakfast was awfull. The food all tasted old and there was no fruit in the fruit juice. The coffee machine did not work. The bath room had been so over sanitized you could hardly stand the odor. The aircondioning in our room also did not work.

clean & convenient
Clean, convenient hotel, overall pleasant experience. Located near train station/airport bus, this hotel has nice size rooms and decent size bathroom (I am 6foot 200lbs). The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. About a 15minute walk through town to the tower. Would stay here again.
