very modern and convenient
Overall the hotel was very good and clean but some points were lost because of the very poor internet access system - you have to pay extra for wireless internet and it wasn't working one of the nights due to bad weather but I wasn't offered much assistance or a refund! An open buffet breakfast was included in the price of the room but when I asked for a packed breakfast to take with me as I had to leave before the restaurant was open for breakfast, they packed a slice of marble cake, some wafer biscuits and a small bottle of fruit juice - very disappointing (and I had asked specifically for some fresh bread which they said they would include). At check out they asked me if I had taken anything from the mini bar but I hadn't found one in the room at all so that was disappointing (til now I'm not sure where the mini bars are located in the rooms!).

Excellent hotel at Pisa!
Superb hotel! excellent service, ultra modern design and facility! a great place for stopping over at Pisa on your way to Florence and Tuscany region. We flew to Pisa very late evening from Germany and stopped here for one night. They have a very cool outdoor bar with large beds! Yes, beds to lay down and unwind yourself! The room is very modern and clean. After staying in those "traditional" European hotels, this hotel will bring you back to 21st century.

Sono stata molto bene in questa
Sono stata molto bene in questa struttura. Il letto king con cui ho dormito insieme ai miei due figli (9 e 13 anni) e' veramente un'ottima idea. Penso che ci torneremo presto.

Driver only! Locate is hard to
Driver only! Locate is hard to found, even with GPS. Hotel is far from Pisa Tower need 15 min drive. Beside the Location, everythings is GOOD.
