Very pleasant hotel with character yet elegant rooms. Ideal for both individual travellers and groups. 0609 SR Stone structure dated 1700, the hotel is slightly set back from the very center of Perugia. The alley leads to a very character tiny cobblestone courtyard where the entrances of both the hotel and restaurant face. In the hear of the city, the hotel is at only few mt from the main monuments and landmarks of Perugia: Fontana Maggiore, Palazzo dei Priori, the main cathedral, etc.

The hotel has 2 distinct styles of rooms: the first floor (piano nobile) accommodates elegant and classy rooms in 1700s style. Some rooms on this floor have high affresco ceiling The second floor furbished in 1920's style, also very elegant. All rooms are spacious and comfortable, some bathrooms are bigger than others.

I had prepaid this hotel for a

I had prepaid this hotel for a colleague coming to Perugia for work. An emergency arose she could not come that night. I tried to change my reservation to another night they still had availability and wanted to add another person. I said I would be happy to pay the difference in rate and for the second person in cash. The owner said NO, so I basically forfeited all money I had prepaid for the hotel room. I understand this is policy, but he could have just moved me to another night and EARNED more money on the second person and extra rate. Instead he lost the opportunity to earn more money and lost a customer forever. Way to run a business Gabrielle! I can't say anything about this place as I rebooked at another hotel, but I would rate the 'service' as 'very bad'.

Un ottimo albergo da consigliare.

Un ottimo albergo da consigliare. Si trova proprio in centro a due passi dal duomo ed è sul corso principale;poi,è vicinissimo alle scale mobili(cosa molto comoda per chi lascia l'auto nei parcheggi fuori dal centro).Unica piccola pecca è la colazione:un pò limitata per un 4 stelle, mentre la camera è grande, così come il bagno.
