A very helpful staff.
The rooms are comfortable if ordinary and there was always something a little wrong with the ones we stayed in, but NH is overall a good experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful to us. We had limited experience with Palermo and environs. The staff gave us valuable informatioin when we needed it.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Be careful of the cabs. Never, never, agree with the driver and "walk 100 meters" to your destination unless you really know where you are.
