Good location, decent room
Other than the internet being down for a day (wireless only, no Ethernet connection in my room), The Crystal Palace was convenient to everything. The Double-decker Bus Tour leaves from just two blocks away and the 5.80 Euro bus, direct to and from the airport (40 minutes) drops off/picks up on that same block. The bus is definitely the way to go! This is probably not a great choice for a seasoned business traveler. The rooms are sparse and the single bed was nothing to write home about but all in all, it was a good value for the location.

Prestia e Commande bus, 5am-11pm. 5.80 Euro. 40 minute trip which drops off ar the Teatro Piliteama Garabaldi, just two blocks northwest of the hotel. The Taxi is a waste of money!

Good location, good service
Was a nice experirnce. Most of the staff were friendly. We had a problem with double charging our credit card,after our return home, but was resolved in a timely manner. Hotel staff English communication can be improved.

Perfect Strategic Location
Best from the Hotel is location, location, location. is not too far from main tourist areas, also close to the Locals meeting place. What we did, we went to visit many tourist icon, went to Mondello (Amazing beach that make every one welcome to Palermo) This trip is my 7th to Europe within 5 years, and every one is being different I'm unable to compare because every one are being great.

Good breakfast
Staff was helpful and interior rooms have no street noise. However, there is noise from corridors; poorly insulated walls.
