Nice location & comfort
The hotel is located just steps away from the train station - so getting around the city was very easy. We had requested for early check in - and the room was ready when we walked in. The room was pretty spacious - and had a balcony which overlooked the main street and yet was quiet. The reason amenities has a 3 start is because the internet was not free even in the lobby - even though the description says. Also the staff was not very helpful in guiding the guests. But overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Disappointed in Italy
Hotel OK. Wouldn't return to Naples tho.
Naples is hideous and I curse the person who recommended it to me. Starhotels Terminus is conveniently located across the street from the train station. The staff was semi-helpful. I think it's general European culture to be rude. I hated that you had to pay 5,50 Euro for 60 min of internet per 24 hours. The internet service in Naples is some of the worst/slowest in the country and we did not get our full 60 minutes. I will NOT be returning.

The location of hotel is quite
The location of hotel is quite easy to access to train station. We arrived by air and easy to access from the bus stop of air port bus and it was easy to take a train in the next morning as well.

The internet charge of 22 euros
The internet charge of 22 euros is abusive !!!! And it does not work well on all rooms.

Great Value
The Star Hotel is located at the train terminal which is a very busy area. Once inside it is a great quiet place with much class for it's value. The staff was more than helpful with underground secure parking. Naples is not a city which one wants to drive in.

Short walk from hotel
There are many small restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping. The Duomo is about a 10 minute walk. It is a 8 euro cab ride to the main pier and hotel row.

Location is very good, very closed
Location is very good, very closed to Naples Central station. Staff is not good. We wanted to go Grotta Azurre by tram and ferry, Hotel staff said tram1 didn't work, so we choose bus. But we could find this line in working area from the hotel, near bus terminal.
