Not great but OK
The rooms were small but clean. One minor maintnance issue was fixed after we reported it a second time. Some staff members were better than others--mainly based on different English skills. Do not expect much concierge help. The location near the train station is good. The neighborhood is not the best but this was not a problem. The room was quiet at night. One issue--the A/C is turned off from around 9AM to around 2:30PM. Not good if you need to spend some time in the room during the day. The recommendation below is iffy, --it depends on whether you want a nice place (no) or just a decent place to sleep (yes).

Long walk from hotel
It's not too long to walk to the Spaccanopoli from this hotel. It may be more efficient than sorting out the bus system.

We were quite happy to stay in this hotel even breakfast was poor. Location is in walking distance to anywhere in Naples downtown. If you come here by car and you do not have full insurance I do not recommend to park in hotel's neighborhood and rather use underground garage 500m from hotel for €18 (ask hotel reception). This hotel is definitely good value for money.

The first room we were given was
The first room we were given was a disaster with filthy carpet, leaking basin and unuseable shower. After complaints next morning to management we were given a vastly superior room but still the general hotel impression was "shabby".

Solo traveler
I only stayed there for two nights and took a hop-off hop-off bus to explore Naples and also, too a Pomelli tour.

Unfortunately Naples was not at all what we expected. The people in the hotel were friendly and the rooms were clean but facilities were poor and rather tatty. It was great that parking wasavailable down the road. The family roon consisted of one "double bed " and two collapsible beds that were brought in and put up against the walls. Nice and close to the railway station and bus stop. Shady area though.

Good Hotel, with very helpful staff
Our hotel was located very close to the train station, and made it a good location to walk all over the city. Our hotel room was a little larger than average, but we had a little problem with our air conditioner and our room was VERY hot. We also had a little problem with the shower drain, but it didn't seem to overflow, and wasn't something we complained about.

Nice hotel in a bad area
This hotel itself was better then I expected. It was clean and quiet with an elevator. Breakfast was average. Very close to train station...easy walk. The only bad thing was the area around it. I have never been anywhere where there was so much trash on the streets and sidewalks. We did not feel safe walking around in the evening. This hotel is good for people who just want to spend the night and catch a train the next morning.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The building is quite old but it seems renovated. In the first day the breakfast was good and everything fresh, but the second day the bread and croissants were cold. It is located near to the train station from where you can take the train for your trip to Pompei. It doesn't have car parking facilities but it cooperates with a car parking very close where you can leave safely your car for 14 euros per day. Also, it provides free WiFi Internet. I would visit it again. 7/10

朝食のパンが焼き立てでとてもおいしかった！
駅からも非常に
朝食のパンが焼き立てでとてもおいしかった！ 駅からも非常に近くどこに行くにも便利。 部屋は清潔でしたがバスルームが若干狭いのが唯一の難点ですが、 お湯も問題なく出るので気にならない程度です。。 総合評価としては非常に良いと思います。
