The hotel facade & reception is 4* altho the rooms are more 3* to be honest. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee. The shower / bath in the room was poor and constantly wet the bathroom floor. They charged 2 euros for 30mins internet use which was sub dialup speed at best & at a 4 star hotel should be free for guests to use. Very good location, 5 mins from montecatini centrale station which is the station you want for this hotel, not terme station. Fridge in room was handy. Tv in room was tiny & reception was very poor. Overall maybe 3 / 5. Expected better from a 4*.

Good hotel for the price within
Good hotel for the price within easy walk to everywhere. Parking is on-street with a parking card of 4 Euros per day. Breakfast was adequate but scrambled eggs was the only hot food. Room was good size and quiet.

Cet hôtel est à recommander. Nous
Cet hôtel est à recommander. Nous y sommes restés 4 nuits fin août et y avons dîné tous les soirs tellement l'ambiance, l'accueil et la qualité de la nourriture nous ont convenu. J'y retournerai très certainement. Excellent endroit, calme, bien tenu et respectueux du client tant dans les étages qu'au restaurant. Nous les en remercions.
