UNA Palazzo Mannaioni, is a stately sixteenth-century villa built next to the walls of the Montaione, a Medieval hamlet situated at the top of a hill. The location is the ideal starting point for touring Tuscany. San Gimignano and Volterra, San Miniato and the 27-hole Castelfalfi golf course are just a "few hills" away. Florence, Siena and Pisa are all equally easy to reach. Forte dei Marmi in Versilia or to the Costa degli Etruschi are within 1 hour drive.
UNA Palazzo Mannaioni offers 47 rooms and suites, with classic Tuscan style furnishings in the old villa, while the new rooms are decorated in pale wood, with a country theme.
The beautiful Italian garden with swimming pool and whirlpool bath is the perfect place to relax after a day spent discovering the beauties of Tuscany.
The Ristorante Mannaioni, situated in the old oil mill, offers fine foods prepared with local seasonal products such fragrant truffles, freshly pressed olive oil or game.
The restaurant's wine list offers a selection of Italy's finest labels.
The Enoteca is the perfect place for wine-tasting sessions and private dinner parties. Cooking lessons, held by our chef are available on request.

- The New Junior Suites are in the new wing and have "cotto" floors and beamed ceilings. Some of them have a mezzanine furnished with a table and 2 chairs . The Junior Suites offer satellite tv, free Sky, independent air conditioning system, safe, mini bar and hair-dryer. Bathroom with bathtub or shower.
- NEW CLASSIC ROOM
- The New Classic rooms have a country style furnishing with decorative elements inspired by the surrounding nature like deers, leaves and trees. The fabrics texture and colour emphasize the feeling of intimate closeness to nature. The New Classic rooms are twin or double and offer satellite tv, free Sky independent air conditioning system, safe, mini bar and hair-dryer. Bathroom with bathtub or shower.
- Classic Room
- The Classic rooms, some with "cotto" floors and beamed ceilings, recall the warm colors of the Tuscan countryside and make the rooms an embracing place from where to enjoy the surrounding panorama. The rooms can be twin or double and offer satellite tv, free Sky independent air conditioning system, safe, mini bar and hair-dryer. Bathroom with bathtub or shower. .
- Junior Suite
- The Junior Suites (from about 18 to 25 sqm) overlook the small Italian style garden. All the rooms have a balcony from which it is possible to enjoy the surrounding hills and countryside. The Junior Suites have "cotto" floors and beamed ceilings, with exception of one which has a parquet floor and painted frames on the ceiling. alles nahezu perfekt vom Zimmer,
alles nahezu perfekt vom Zimmer, Ausstattung. Einzig die Tauben störten. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich ohne zu übertreiben.
