This hotel is not new but the

This hotel is not new but the room is cleaned well. All the rooms are large, suit type. The staffs are kind. It takes only 4 minutes on foot from the central station. Tram No2 from teatro alla scala stops in front of the hotel. I like this hotel. I will stay here again.

Not what expected

Not exactly as described. First, it was difficult to find. Second, internet excess is very expensive, even though it is not stated anywhere that it is not free. Otherwise an average business hotel, nothing special.

Gorgeous Hotel

We were only at the hotel for one night. The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to the Central Station. The rooms were huge, considering it was an European hotel. The staff was friendly and quite knowledgeable. The rooms were extremely well stocked, clean and comfortable.

Once at the station, all the attractions were easily reached. The Metro is easy to navigate, and will take you to local attractions without much hassle.

The staff member on duty on arrival

The staff member on duty on arrival was very unfriendla and unwelcoming, however all staff were wonderful. Hotel is well situated, breakfast was most satisfactory, restaurant food and staff also great.

The Una Century needs a facelift

The hotel was selected so that we could easily see the sights of Milan. The location near the Metro was helpful but the cost of the hotel parking and condition of the hotel made the hotel lose its value. The building and rooms need an update and onsite parking should be less expensive.

Good central hotel

Very easy to find and close to Central Milan railway station. At first they couldn't find our e-booking so I would always double check next time before arrival. Room was clean and spacious, staff courteous and conti8nental breakfast at the better end of the quality scale. Would use them again if in Milan

Sufficient and a good price

The hotel decor is a bit tired feeling, however very reasonable for the price. The hotel is in an excellent location if you come to Milan by train, right by the Central Station and close to the Metro as well. It was very convenient to get around. There are not many restaurants in the area, however there are a few. The breakfast is not great, but it's included in the price. The internet is very expensive, I decided not to use it. The hotel room was large and clean although a bit cave-like (dark).

Fantastic Hotel at a Great Price

The Una Century is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, easily the best in Italy and continental Europe. The room was huge, even by American size standards. The couch and lounge area, the working area and the separate bedroom were all unexpectedly large. The mechanical shades on the big wall-to-wall windows overlooking Milan were a nice touch. We made use of the large space by getting some local produce, bread and cheese and just having dinner in our room some nights. The room was very clean and in good condition. The location was also quite amazing, as the hotel is a five-minute walk from the Central Station in Milan (where you can get trains in and out of Milan, buses to the airport as well as two lines of the Metro). The breakfast (included in the stay) was also amazing. The selection of meats and breads and cakes and fruits rivaled that of any 4-star restaurant. At this point, I feel like I should say something negative to give this review the 'feel of legitimacy.' I am seriously struggling to find anything in our experience that I didn't like. To be fair, we didn't use the fitness facilities or the internet access, so I can't comment on those. We didn't interact with the staff very much. When we did interact with the staff, they were very professional. I will stay at the Una Century if at all possible on all future trips to Milan.
