Town house 31 is a refined, small and discrete boutique hotel in Milan. Town house 31 is located in an old building of the nineteenth hundred, at 31 of via Goldoni, in the heart of one of Milan's up-coming residential areas. Town house was created from an ideal of home away from home, where the concept of the traditional hotel is lost. The natural earth tones throughout the house and all the object within it will transport your imagination to far away countries, to give you the feeling of being at home away from home. The rooms are elegantly furnished, with attention to all details. The ambience is really very warm and relaxing and you will spend a nice stay with all facillities and room service is available, plus a laundry and dry cleaning service. you will be completely immersed in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, where you will find all you need. The amenities provided by the hotel are bar, dry cleaning, laundry service, lift/elevator, lobby, non-smoking room, reception and safe deposit box.

Milan jewel

If you're looking for a true 4 star hotel in Milan, this is it. An interesting cross between a traditional hotel and a bed and breakfast, the Townhouse 31 was really nice. You have all the creature comforts of a US style hotel with the intimacy that is hard to find. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good and interesting since it's a communal table. You decide if you want to interact with other guests, but don't have to feel obligated to do so. The guests were international and low key. I met the nicest Italian couple who were in Milan for the birh of their granddaughter.

Nightlife tip: Short walk from hotel

Wanted a bar for after dinner drinks. Straf Bar was the waiter's recommendation. It's just around the corner fom Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle. The bar was small but fun and everyone hangs out in the street. Great for people watching and meeting locals that are in the fashion industry. It is Milan of course!
