Don't be Fool!!!
My husband I booked this hotel because is near to the Bergamo Airport. At the website it's says that there is a bus shuttle from the Airport to the hotel...It's a lie there is no Shuttle. If you dont have a car don't book this hotel because you're gonna have ending up paying around $35 EU round trip from airport. There is no Duty manager to talk to and the reception people don't care about you at all. Faby

Bad location for train station
Way off on location
The hotel was fine however the agent represented the hotel as being close the the central train station. Instead it was two hours away. How he could have bungled this simple request this bad is beyond me. As a result my significant other had to get up at 5am to make her flight to Barcelona. [...]

This one worked for us!
This hotel worked very well for us after our long flight from the USA. Beds were comfortable, hotel had everything we needed for 2 days of recuperation from jet lag and not wanting to venture too far out.

Very convenient if you fly to/from Linate airport and want to visit Milan attractions.
5 min drive form Linate airport. Very easy access to downtown Milan via subway. Very friendly front desk staff. However, do not eat pizza. It was the worst I ever had.

I was only spending the night to take a plane nest morning. I was desapointed that there was no transportation service to the airport. I was also looking for a snak and softdrinks and could not find any

Great people, great personal service
Great bell staff (went out of their way to help me park my car on a rainy night), great front desk staff, great room service, best bed I've ever slept in in Italy.

Short drive to Linate. If you hate the traffic on the Tangenziale and are flying in/out of Linate, this is a good choice. Maybe 8-10 minutes away by car.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although out of town, the metro was only 100 metres away and enabled you to be in the centre of the city in 10 minutes. The La Plancia Pizzeria restaurant around the corner was delightful. The food was very nice, the service good and the prices very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel
Surprised with the amenities at the hotel. We arrived late and they had a restuarant on site that stayed open late for us. It was a little difficult for the taxi driver to find though and due to one way streets, equally difficult to get to. But they have GPS.
