Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

Excellent location at Malpensa (Milan airport). Rooms very comfortable.

Perfect location within Terminal One for those who don't want to deal with the hustle bustle of transferring from a hotel to the airport on the day of your flight. The hotel is clean, quiet, spacious and has all of the expected amenities. I would defintely stay there again.

I had a short layover in Milan. Chose the hotel due to the location. As expected, it was in the airport, which was quite convenient due to the early flight the next morning. Recommended for such early flights. Regarding price, it was a bit more expensive than other hotels not far, but i think the extra price was worth it as it was close to the airport station from where you can go directly to downtown Milan. Remember that a comparable taxi drive can go up to 50-60 euros. The service was good and the staff very helpful. Room service convenient although a bit expensive (a sandwitch 14 euros and a bottle of water 5 euros). The problematic parts were: 1) Internet was costly. It said that one would have 45 mins of free internet, but that was only for the hotel computers in the business services area. I was told that could not connect my laptop. Therefore this option was a no go for a business traveler. For Wifi one can choose to pay 12 euros for 24 hours or 3 euros an hour for each paid hour. I think that for an international business hotel, wifi should be free and included in the room costs. It did not have adapters for USA outlets which would have been a nice touch. 2) The hotel is far from downtown Milan. If you want to stay many days in Milan, you should look to optimize for that route. The metro ticket is 14 euros rountrip and it may take 50mins. So, if you have a long stay in Milan, you should think about a hotel closer to the city.

Very warm, welcoming, and professional. One of the nicest hotels I have ever seen or stayed in. Could not believe how affordable it was.

Very clean with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. Connected directly to Milan Malpensa airport terminal 2 (all airlines except for easyjet). Could not be a better location if travelling through.

I'm an Italian national that lives most of the year in the US. My hometown is located approximately 90 miles from the Malpensa airport. Rather than waking up at an ungodly hour, we decided to try and stay at the Malpensa Sheraton. It is indeed as convenient and classy as it sounds. We rented a car for our short stay this time. We dropped off the car and walked a short distance to the Sheraton (maybe 30 yards from the car drop off). The hotel is new, spacious, and fairly priced. The amenities are great (I plan to go back and enjoy their SPA for a longer period of time). Unlike in the US, amenities (SPA, pool, WI-FI) are extra, but the prices are ok. We had a great night's sleep, and we traveled refreshed. Definitely recommended!

Great hotel but pricey for little things. Minibar prices outrageous so go to Terminal 1 for a reasonably priced snack or drink. Chintzy money-grubbing treatment of guest in re internet access and usage. BUT great location for in/out of Milano and super comfortable room and bed.

We had an early flight out of MXP - the hotel is practically in the terminal. Unfortunately, the wake-up call through the TV did not work. We got up late, but still made it to the flight on time.
