Clean Friendly Modern Hotel Not too far from the train

The room is comfortable, as it should be considering the price. The internet is extremely expensive. Room service food is an absolute disappointment. I paid about $70 for two disgusting sandwiches. I HIGHLY recommend you go eat inside the terminals that are right by the hotel.

Everything was perfect; however, the air conditioning in the room was not cold enough.

No coffee for pot. Only one cup in the room. 2 light bulbs burned out. No running water in shower when we arrived--had to call maintenance. Noise level by housekeeping staff at 11p and 6am unbelievable.

The hotel was pretty nice. It was great for getting to the airport since you walk right into the airport. it is far from the city center of Milan so not the best location if you want to visit the city. The nice thing is that there is an easy train ride you can take to get to the city which makes it nice. The hotel was beautiful, they have a stunning pool which they don't let you enter unless you buy a swimming cap which is completely bogus. So unfortunately we couldn't get in there. But other than that it is really modern and nice. Our personal stay wasn't as great because the water temperature in the showers weren't consistent, but the bed was comfortable and fit our needs of being close to the airport for an early flight. The restaurant at the hotel has delicious food, really enjoyed it.

Needed a hotel close to Malpensa for an early flight out. Booked the Sheraton Malpensa and was pleased with the location and standard of the hotel was high. Staff was also accomodating as we had children and needed space. Hotel had very good amenities and well furnished.

Perfect location for walking to the Coliseum, Palatine Hill (1/2 mile), and Vatican (about 2 miles). Very easy to get a taxi in front of the hotel too. 3 people fit comfortably in the room. The room is a standard size for Europe, expect a small room but it is doable/comfortable for 3 adults. The room cleanliness was terrific...no issues. The staff spoke english. A computer w/ internet access is available at 3.00 EU / hr, which is standard. I highly recommend this hotel for price and location.

The Scottish filet was fabulous, the bed supremely comfortable, and the internet for a price, worked. But to be fair, after a nice but overpriced hotel with no internet connectivity, and nutella & crackers for dinner in Verona the night before my judgement may be a bit skewed. Actually, the FREE internet did not work at any McDonald's in Italy (no problems in France though) there were difficulties at Verona Fiere Convention Center as well. Also, the 5 am wake-up call that never came for me (My daughter did receive her 9 am call) and check-in was a little slow with 2 staff and too many customers.

Excellent location at Malpensa (Milan airport). Rooms very comfortable.

Perfect location within Terminal One for those who don't want to deal with the hustle bustle of transferring from a hotel to the airport on the day of your flight. The hotel is clean, quiet, spacious and has all of the expected amenities. I would defintely stay there again.
