Super central

Right around the corner from the Dom. Close to public transportation, shopping and restaurants. Friendly personnel. The power went down several times one night. Small but clean. Limited selection for breakfast.

Excellent location. The Duomo

Excellent location. The Duomo is just round the corner, and so is the Metro station. The reception staff just carry out their duty, but they don't give you the impression that they take pride in their work. A simple request to pack a simple breakfast because we are catching an early morning train was turned down. What takes the cake is that when we asked for some bottled juice and biscuits to munch on the long train journey, they wanted to pour us each a small cup of orange juice. They just don't get it...sigh

Fantastic location just next to

Fantastic location just next to the Duomo. Metro, Trams and buses at front door. If you have little time and dont' want to travel too much, this is ideal although you have a premium for this privilege. Hotel is acceptable, nothing to rave about.

Nice clean room, Excellent location

Nice clean room, Excellent location (perfect if going to the san siro for football, number 16 tram stops outside hotel and takes you straight to stadium) and price. Good breakfast service aswell, also very easy to get to from Linate airport (number 73 bus goes with 5 minute walking distance). Only complaint is the paper thin walls which means you will hear absolutely everythng happening outside your room.

Excellent location. Rooms simple

Excellent location. Rooms simple but fine except for paper thin walls, not only could I hear the guest next door talking on his cell phone but I could also hear the person on the other end . In the context of the location and price not a major problem.

Not a three star hotel

The room was tiny. Since I was by myself, you would not think this was a big deal. But it was just big enough for a single bed and my suitcase. The lady at the check in was rude. She did not want to give me my passport back right away. I learned traveling in the old Soviet Union to never let go of your passport. But the young man who relieved her at about 4 pm was pleasant and helpful. One can hear every wake up call on the floor and everything that goes on in the hall. The breakfast was pretty dismal (especially compared to the Hotel Kraft in Florence and the Venice Resort hotel). The location is pretty good. The rooms are advertised as recently renovated. But the walls were dingy. The TV did not work. Neither did the AC. There is a window, but it looks out on a closed cement courtyard. It was easy to trip or stumble on the floor of the bathroom since there were three different changes in the floor level. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful location for tourist

Wonderful location for tourist areas, only 100m from Doumo sqare. A typical city centre small hotel and fair value for money. Don't expect lounges and open areas but you get what you pay for. Gave us good recommendations for adjacent restaurants

could not be more central.More

could not be more central.More than makes up for any disadvantages. The only thing I can say is That the bath/toilet facilities are too tight. However I have been to this hotel about twelve times already. I take my breakfast across the road at the corner at BAR MERCURIO (Just fantastic) In the evening, with a few drinks, they offer delicious bites.
