Good location in Milan

My wife and I stayed there for three nights in May 2012. We walked each day through a beautiful park into the city. The hotel personnel were very nice and helpful. The place was very clean. The breakfasts were plentiful and good. It's in a fairly quiet residential area. We would definitely stay there again.

great hotel and service

the hotel looked new and clean. Shower worked great and the bed was huge! Breakfast was very nice, large for an European style but really, plenty. From fruit, yogurt, sweet and non-sweet breads, juices, Italian cakes, and made-to-order hot drinks (cappuccino, espresso, tea etc) The staff was very nice and cordial. The location is a bit confusing but it's near the Piazza della Repubblica and there are trams you can catch there. Although we did most of our visits by foot. You can walk through Parco Sempione to Castello Sforzesco and continue on to Duomo and the center of the town.

Near the arch (piazza Repubblica) there are several bars(cafe') where they do happy hour in the early evening so it gets really lively in the evening. The hotel is a few blocks away.

Great hotel off Corso Sempione

Very good value - as good a 3* hotel as I've stayed in. Spotlessly clean, well maintained room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nightlife tip: Short walk from hotel

The bars at the bottom of Corso Sempione are a great place for an evening aperitivo - lively and busy with tables outside to admire the view of the Arco della Pace.

The staff here were very friendly

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Best staff I have come across in many years of traveling. It was an enjoyable stay. A friend had recommended the place to me and I would recommend it to others. It is a brisk walk of twenty minutes to get to the main shopping strip. We enjoyed walking there as it was a pleasant walk through a park and castle.

Great hotel, great atmosphere

Great hotel, great atmosphere and service and good location - trams nearby and going all the time. Only 35 min. walk to central downtown but you are already in the middle of the city.
