the worst hotel we have been at in Italy
Very bad service, a lot of noise, thin walls.

Reasonable price - at a price
The place is clean and well located. And it is reasonably priced. But many groups of college students stay here, and being woken up at 4am by a boisterous group of inconsiderate, drunken American undergraduates made me decide to find another place next time. I recommend you do the same. Also, the wifi connection is 9 euros regardless of length of stay, and for one day that is ridiculous.

The service people were wonderful and very helpful. They spoke English well. the buffet breakfast was also very good. The room, however, was very small and was showing its age. The location was perfect for seeing all the sites in central Milan. It was easy walking distance to everything but tucked away on a quiet side street.

Lousy hotel, good location, nice people.
Hotel is close to transportation and Milan city center. No air conditioning in our room, facing back street had noise from people leaving restaurants and from garbage haulers in the morning.Street lights keep room bright as day all night long. Breakfast is nice, but supposed to start at 7 was 20 minutes late on day of departure. Some staff is friendly and great others aloof and lazy. No CNN or BBC on TV. Shower almost scalded both of us when toilet in adjoining room flushed. Walls were dirty in places and carpet needed replacing. Had twin beds with ill fitting blankets. [...]

Good location
This hotel has a good location, close to the Castello, the Nord Train station, the Duomo, La Sacala, and upscale shopping on Via Dante. There had been a problem with the Air Conditioning and it had been off for a oouple of days throughout the hotel and heat had built up in the building. They did get it started but it seemed to be struggling. It was not super cold. As with most European hotels the bathroom and shower were small. The staff was friendly.

Short walk from hotel
It was a short walk to everything and especially to the Nord Train station (400meters)which goes directly to Malpensa Airport for 11 euros in 40 min. Very convenient.

Nel cuore di Milano vicino alla stazione di Cadorna è in posizione strategica per visitare Milano. Personale cordiale. Solo il bagno avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato.
