First Hotel Malpensa

We chose this hotel for its great location near the airport. The hotel restaurant is about 50% more expensive than what we'd experienced elsewhere. Luckily, we walked to the restaurant literally next door to a great dinner with very happy, friendly waiters, a wonderful antipasta buffet, and reasonable prices. The hotel shuttle service worked fine and I would stay here again.

the staff was really friendly. the airport shuttle was prompt to and from the airport. the only thing that was bad was that there were not any restaurants or shops around--i would recommend staying here at the very end of a trip if you are flying out of malpensa or are just doing business and do not need to leave the room. bring some food or pay a lot of money for food at the hotel because you can't get it elsewhere. however, the room was really comfortable and the satellite tv was great. it would be nice if you got more than 30 minutes of free wifi....

We only stayed one night before very early flight the next morning. Hotel shuttle was great, starts running at 4:30am which is exactly what we needed. Our only complaint was the very pricey meal we ate there. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.

We had a stopover for two nights at this hotel and chose it because it had an airport shuttle and was close. The shuttle was efficient but there is no phone at the airport to call the hotel. There is plenty of transportation from the airport to surrounding sights and cities. Our room was very small, the twin beds adequate. The rooms have an old feeling whereas the lobby feels modern. The staff was very efficient and friendly. There is nothing around the hotel except one restaurant immediately next door. It is Italian (surprise), old fashioned and good. The restaurant in the hotel is adequate with no atmosphere. It is an OK hotel for a stop over.

Good people, great location. Food was average, and airport transfer was unnecesarily delayed.

Very nice clean hotel. Very close to the airport but you do not hear airport sounds. I slept with the windows open and did not hear a thing. The restaurant for dinner was excellent but the complimentary breakfast was not so good. There was hardly any selection. Shuttle to and from airport was fast and arrived when they said they would.

The First Hotel Malpensa is a good place to spend your last night in Italy before an early flight in the morning. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and larger than I expected. We were able to use the computer in the lobby (without a charge) and comfortable seating for us to lounge around. The breakfast was good with different choices of breads, cereals, fruit and cakes. The only difficulty we had was that we had taken the Malpensa Shuttle Bus from Milan and had to wait 45 minutes before being picked up at the airport and found their restaurant a bit too pricey for dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your last night.

とても空港に近いので次の日の乗り継ぎにとても便利でした。空港についてからホテルのシャトルバスを呼ぶのですが、何分くらいで、どこに到着するかということを的確に教えてもらえるので待つ間がストレスになりませんでした。 部屋もとても綺麗でした。

Hotel nie jest dostępny bezpośrednio z lotniska, np. na piechotę, ale hotel zapewnia shuttle bus, na rano wystarczy zamówić wieczorem w recepcji, a wracając z miasta - zadzwonić i recepcja wysyła w ciągu 15 minut. Dobre śniadania. Pomimo bezposredniego sąsiedztwa lotniska - cicho i spokojnie.
