Very, very rude staff!
O boy! Where do I start. Rude, rude staff at the front desk. I got frustrated and asked for for the manager(later found out his name, Mr. Fabrizio), he won't even come on the phone. When I insisted, the concierge started raising his voice at me. Would have never happened in America! Room was smelly. They showed 2 other dirty rooms as options and said would be ready in an hour. I wanted to walk out and book somewhere else but they won't even refund, saying that the room was pre-paid. What a debacle. Anyways, the only good thing about this hotel is location. We were in Rome, Milan and Florence and the countryside during our trip. The whole country is just so, so beautiful and the people are so nice... This hotel was the only sour part of our trip. Won't recommend.

Average Hotel, Great Staff
My wife and I traveled to Italy for our honeymoon and stayed for two days at Dei Cavalieri. We arrived from Como and found the staff helpful with making reservations, giving directions, phone service... The list goes on. The 9 euro seemed more than fair for 24 hour internet service. We had been averaging about 5 euro for only about an hour. The restaurant leaves some to be desired although the waiter was friendly. Overall the hotel has good location near La Scalla theater and even closer to the galleria and Duomo di Milano. Rooms were small which is to be expected and bathrooms had the "bathtub" style bidets. Little intimidating. Nice hotel overall.

Went to Don Carlos restaurant after theater and were welcomed with great service and delicious food. Ravioli with veal cheek was fantastic as was the spaghetti with pork and cream sauce. Expensive but enjoyed all aspects. Except for the fish! Whatever you do don't eat the fish! Actually the fish was very good too. Served over thinly sliced roasted beets .

Large hotel with rude staff
Not very friendly place but the place is nice and the location awesome! All of the staff did merely their jobs....not overly friendly or courteous at all.

Nice Hotel, highly recommendable
I was looking for a Hotel near subway Line 3. This one fitted perfectly to my needs. I liked the space in the room and the flat screen. Breakfast was OK, the decoration felt very nice though; very fancy.

Get down in MISSORI subway station (Yellow Line 3), but be sure to look the exit to PZA MISSORI, otherwise you'll end up in other street and looking for the hotel with your bags.

The location could not be better. The hotel is right next to the Missori metro, an 8 minute walk to the Duomo and Vittorio Emmanuel, and is in a safe quiet neighborhood. It is also only a 15 euro trip by taxi from the Linate Airport. The staff was courteous. The room was clean and very high tech. Oh did a I mention the price was fantastic.

Milan is an easy city to navigate. Just about everything is in walking distance and if it's not or your feet are tired from walking the metro is traveler friendly and inexpensive.
