Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to almost everything there is to see in Brussels. Many restaurants and shopping streets all along the many roads very close to the hotel. 7euros ride by taxi from Brussels Midi station. Good deal for those 2-3nights that you just need a place to be at night...

Good enough for price, great location
Good enough for price, great location near central station, subway and small park, but I've never seen such small shower cabin - about 60x60 cm. Not all people able to fit there. Plus noisy water pipes. Also all I could see thru my window was huge noisy AC cooler. WiFi 10 eur per 3 hours, didn't work in the room

not what we expected
we stayed here for four nights and to be honest could not have stayed another one. I picked this hotel on price and star rating. The staff at the reception desk were extremely un-helpful. the room had no air conditioning and so we had to sleep with the windows open, which resulted in no sleep because of the noise outside. we requested a double bed, what we got was two single beds pushed together. the safety deposit box in the room didn't work. the breakfast we got was terrible. the only thing edible was croissants and a cup of coffee. The only thing this hotel really has going for it is its only 200 metres from the train station.

Not quite what was advertised.
Our trip to Milan was purely a pleasure trip. We selected the hotel due to the price and the add on your sight. It is not a 4 star hotel. It might be a 2 or 2.5. It did meet our needs. The price was appropriate for its ammenities. Your servive should have made it lower. Please investigate the hotel's rating in the rating books. The street people at night and the steel wheeled trollies on the corner kept us awake late at night.

Great location for main rlwy station
Great location for main rlwy station & buses to Malpensa Airport. A business hotel with no frills & compact rooms. But comfortable & cheerful. Would stay there again.

Cruise traveller
Hotel close to Milan train station
We stayed one night in this hotel before and after our cruises. The reason we chose this hotel was there weren't many hotels that can accomodate a family of 4 in a room and price is reasonable and close to the train station. The hotel is very close to the train stn. Breakfast was good. However, room was small and the air condition was very noisy, shower panel need to be replaced because after you shower, water is splashed all over on the floor.

Cristallo Hotel
This is not a four-star hotel, not even a three-star one. The hotel is few hundred meters (yards) from the main railway station and the shopping area of Corso Buenos Aires. It's the only positive aspect of this hotel. Room was small with old furniture in it. Bathroom was very small too. No amenities in the hotel. Internet connection was not free and quite expensive. Staff was not particularly friendly. There are better options in the same area.

The staff was very helpful and breakfast was good. The only thing our room was located just next to bar on the opposite and it was too noisy the whole night.
