Just a short distance from the Duomo and the financial and economic district, in a quiet, sheltered corner of the Old Milan, once full of carriages, from which it takes its name "Carrobbio". Private automated Garage.

We booked a superior room for
We booked a superior room for 1 night, it was supposed to have a jacuzzi bath and terrace, we arrived and the staff were very helpful and friendly, got to our room which had a tiny balcony and no bath, we queried this with reception and were told that this was a superior room. I still don't think it was. The hotel was clean but a bit dated. The location was brilliant, 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and all the designer shops. We had a car with us and they let us leave it with them for the second day while we finished sightseeing for no extra charge. The staff were helpful. I would probably stay here again, for the location.

We were satisfied there. Staff was frendly, all was OK. They should richer breakfast ( vegetables, sausages, omelette, .....). Location is very good, bud there are big trafic transport (street trams).

Very good location within walking
Very good location within walking distance of Duomo and even the Navigli. The breakfast buffet, despite only cold buffet, is also more than sufficient to keep you going until lunch. Our only inconvenience was that the beds are quite hard. (The mattresses are of good quality, but they are simply too hard.)

Old building, narrow corridors
Old building, narrow corridors and lot of stairs. Lift small and far from the reception desk. Silent environment and very good location.

Handy location
Hotel Carrobbio is very well-located for easy walking to the Milan Duomo, Galleria, and La Scala Opera. I had only 1/2 day in Milan, and was able to walk to these sites, plus enjoy a great meal in one of the city's best restaurants, near the hotel.
