What a pleasant surprise!!!
One of the best hotels we have stayed at for any price. Every amenity you could want or think of. Wifi and breakfast were included in the room rate, and what a sumptuious breakfast it was. The staff was over the top in friendlyness and very eager to please.

Good hotel, reasonable price, no shuttle
Good location right on Buenos Aires, close to shopping, the Duomo, and the train station. Clean and typical of a 3-4 star hotel in Italy. Website says there is a shuttle service offered, which is definitely not true. We had to walk to the train station and buy tickets to the MXP airport which is an hour away.

a classy place
Clean and comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff. There's a Metro stop right by the hotel, but it's a pleasant walk to the town center, and the hotel is relatively near the area with all the high end designers' shops, for those inclined to go there.

Peck, "The Gastronomy's Temple," on Via Spedare near the Duomo is a must visit for foodies. Most other high end food shops-- anywhere in the world-- pale in comparison.

This is a very comfortable hotel.
This is a very comfortable hotel. It is right near the Metro which makes it really convenient for getting about. The breakfast was particularly generous. I'd certainly stay there again.

Excellent
The hotel is in an excellent location. The registration desk reps. went out of their way to please us. The breakfast (food) was excellent and plentiful exceeded only by the service personnel. The room was good and overall clean, but the cleaning people failed to fill the tissue paper box on 2 consecutive days. Not enough soap and shampoo. We left early morning for business and returned late evning to a nice relaxing place. Overall excellent stay.

I stronly DO NOT recommend going on a trip to the "Discount Malls" such as Saravella and Foxtown. They are really not worth the money and the time. An excellent small restaurant less than five minutes from the hotel is Rossy & Gabrielle. The food is excellent and a waiter by the name of "[...]" goes out of his way to be helpful. They have an italian menu translated into enlish for english speaking customers.

We stayed from 23 to 27 October
We stayed from 23 to 27 October in this hotel and everything was very good. The location of the hotel is near metro station - Piaza Venetia - the room was very clean, only the bathroom is very small and make economy to shower gel and soap; the breakfast is rich in all and the waiters are very professionals. In a word, we spent a very nice mini vacation there.
