"Florence at Your Fingertips"

We spent time seeing the major tourist attractions of Florence. The hotel staff will be happy to book reservations for you or assist in any way! Without a doubt, the famous Westin "Heavenly Bed" made for a good nights's rest! Plan on a good 15 minute walk to the Duomo and the large shopping market.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

You will find pastry shops about every third store front in the city. Stop there to buy breakfast and wonderful sandwiches at lunch. It is a great money saver as everything is expensive! The food is delicious! Spend the money to buy Rick Steves' travel book on Florence or any European city before you leave on your trip, It tells you absolutely everything you could want to know!!!

Great location

The location was great. 5-10 min walk from the train station and very close to a lot of the attractions. The bathroom was the only negative experience for me. There were body hair from the previous guests in the tub and on some of the towels. yuck.

Our dinner at ZaZa was one of the best meals we had in Italy. It's about a 10-15 min walk, but well worth it.
