The hotel is in a good location
The hotel is in a good location and easy to access by shuttle bus from the airport for 5 Euro. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was good. However I would not recommend this hotel as despite handing them the hotelclub voucher on checking in and confirming that there were no outstanding charges at checkout, I returned to Australia to find that the hotel has charged my credit card again for the room and which is proving difficult to resolve.

Large room with separate living
Large room with separate living space and kitchenette (no kitchen utensiles, dish cloths or teatowels but charge a fee for kitchen cleaning). Was on second floor and had loud noises for most of the night from higher floors (sounded like construction work - hammers etc). Some staff didn't fully understand english. Free wi-fi internet.

Hotel nice, Bad [...]experience
The hotel and the staff were very nice. I accidently booked for one more day than I needed. I was arriving on the 30th and not the 29th.[...]

Great modern rooms
Trouble checking in. Concierge could not locate reservation number and email forwards did not go through. This was very frustrating and took most of the evening for him to figure out. However the room was great, clean, modern and comfortable. We stayed another night we liked it so much.

母と二人でダブルベッドの部屋でしたが、充分な大きさと固めのマットで全く気になりませんでした。奥まった部屋だったせいか隣のホテルのwi-hiしか表示されず、1泊目はロビーでアクセスし、翌日は別のパスワードをもらって部屋でもつながるようになりました。電気ポットや電子レンジは無い(お安いプランの Classic Suite だから？)ため、鍋やフライパンで代用しました。部屋からの眺望も良く、とても便利な立地なのでまた利用したいと思います。
