Convenient location for airport travel
The rooms had been recently updated and were exceptionally clean. This hotel is not near the tourist sights of Florence, but it is located quite near the airport and very convenient if you need to catch an early flight.

Very Clean and Comfortable!
Excellent hotel and worthy of the four star rating. It was only a bus ride away from the center of the city. The staff spoke English (thank goodness). We had a wonderful two-week stay here.

Good value,
The hotel is situated in the business / suburb area of Florence. Limited parking...and first come first served However, this hotel is ideally situated for access to public transport. The receptionists were courteous and efficiently managed booking in and out of hotel. The room was excellent and very comfortable. The sound proofing was very effective to minimize road noise. The tea/coffee making facilities warrant improvement as milk is not provided although tea and coffee are. What was unacceptable was the lack of discretion on the part of the management to enable receptionists to arrange for milk to be provided to residents on request without having to pay separately to the bar. This was most surprising...surely even dried milk could have been provided. The breakfast was excellent

Access to public transport is very good and ideal for inexpensive trip into Florence. The Church of Santa Croce is worth a visit.

A gem for the price
We had rented a car from arriving in florence and booked this hotel to go to the first day and the last day of our trip. It is very close to the airport and we were pleasantly surprised with every aspect of it. The service was outstanding, good english, went out of their way to personalize our experiences there. The rooms were clean, very up-to-date, comfortable and quiet. We ended up staying in a number of hotels over three weeks and this was our favorite!

Any time you go to florence, take a taxi. A car makes it a little too frustrating. A taxi to the airport costs around 12 euros.

Very §Nice!!
The hotel its not located near downtow at all dough you can easily get there by bus number 22 Via Vecchieti to be exact. The hotel its really nice, clean and new, the bathroom is impecable. Breakfast its really good too, eventhough its a continetal breakfast there is a lot to pick from.The staff was really friendly, [...]the guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful.The internet its quite expensive though 11 euro pero 24 hours, that wasnt good at all, but if you go to the common areas you can use internet with your laptop for 30 minutes and for free.The hotel its also reakky close to a huge and very convenient supermarket.I would defenitely recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel, Great Price
Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included but I was leaving for the airport before serving hours. The staff had it prepared and waiting at the front desk for my departure. It was a welcome surprise and above and beyond what I would expect.

A good choice
The breakfast bag for an early departure, while thoughtful, contained yogurt that was no longer cool (let alone cold). Deciding to err on the side of caution, I discarded it. The hotel shuttle from the bus/train station in downtown Florence will stop at the station and pick up a passenger ONLY if the hotel has been notified in advance that a passenger will be waiting at the station. If you have not made a reservation for the shuttle, you will be picked up only if someone else has done so for the same time.
