great location, right in front of the train station. triple accomodation with great bathdroom in the room. very clean. staff very friendly and spoke english and spanish. free wifi in the lobby and cafeteria. this reservation included continental brakfast.

Very handy hotel
Perfectly located very close to Florence train station (3-4 min walk), but we were not affected by noise of trains or traffic. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was very clean and an adequate size. Would advise you take your own hairdryer as the one in the room was next to useless - lots of women with wet hair at breakfast! Also, no ironing facilities at the hotel. Breakfast was a simple buffet with several cereals, fruit in syrup, yoghurt, croissants, rolls, ham, cheese, jam, Nutella etc. Nothing fancy, but enough to give you a good start to the day. Everywhere in Florence was very walkable from the hotel - resaurants, shops and all the sights. For the price we paid, it was good value for money, and would happily stay there again.

We had a great time in Italy and this hotel was in the perfect location! Staff was friendly and room was clean! I def recommend it!

This hotel is only 2 or 3 blocks away from the doumo and many more attractions. It is located just in the center of Florence and short walk of main terminal.

Not quite worth the cost
This hotel is very convenient to the S.M.N train station and in close proximity to all major attractions in Florence, then again most hotels north of the river are also. The standard room was small and shabby, but clean. The entire hotel space would benefit from a face-lift. The staff was helpful, courteous, and traveler friendly. We stayed in better Italian hotels in larger cities for less money.

Don't miss the Uffizi. Pay for the guided tour - it's totally worth it. Be sure to give yourself 30 minutes to find the correct entrance and meeting places.

フィレンツェ駅前で鉄道旅行ファンには大変便利。 部屋も清潔でバスタブも含めた機能は整っている。 ロビーでの無線インターネットアクセスは無料。 フィレンツェ市内観光とピサ観光の為に朝から夕方まで荷物も預かってもらうなどフロントも大変親切だった。
