Grand Hotel Villa Medici, once an 18th century noble palace, is now a prestigious luxury hotel situated in a quiet area of the historical center of Florence, within walking distance to the main point of interest and shopping. The Hotel, completely refurbished is surrounded by lush gardens. Many of the elegant rooms have terraces with marvelous panoramic views. All Suites are equipped with fax and video recorder. The Penthouse rooms on the top floor also boast Jacuzzi's. The Luxurious Empire-Style decor and superb service further enhance the Hotel's welcoming atmosphere.

Classic Double
The Classic Double Room is the standard room and can be either with Queen-size bed or 2 twin beds. The total size is approx. 26 square meters/275 square feet. The Classic Room is the perfect choice for leisure travelers requesting a very good location in Florence, personalized service and good value for money. The majority of Classic Rooms have view of the side street of the building and some of them have a view over the gardens. A few Classic Rooms can also be connected to other rooms for families traveling with children.
Deluxe Double
The Deluxe rooms, with two twin beds or queen-size bed, are the perfect choice for a luxurious leisure stay in Florence. Most of the rooms offer a view over the gardens and the swimming pool and most of them have walk-in balcony where enjoying breakfast in the morning. Several of the Deluxe rooms can be either in a contemporary or traditional style and they can also be connected to other rooms for family needs. Total size is 30 square meters/340 square feet. Comfortable and Convenient

Comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Rooms were nice size, services were prompt and well done. The front desk assisted us with reservations to museums and restaurants and were very gracious. The location is good, but requires some walking to the main attractions. Very close to train station. Hotel restaurant was very good. We would definitely stay there again.
