Hotel just around the corner from the train station and travel info center. Had a lil difficulty finding right away because of small sign. Quiet location between restaurants and many gelato stands. Just a few blocks from the Duomo. Helpful staff.

Good Hotel and Location
Hotel Staff was very nice, stored our luggage until room was ready and sent laundry out. Breakfast was okay not great (real expresso when in Italy makes a difference)! Rooms were clean and modern and location of hotel worked for us.

Great Location
It was very hard to find, given that they don't have any kind of sign - just the number 23 on the wall next to the doorway. But, it was less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, so no need to get a taxi, and it's very walkable to anywhere in Florence. The decoration is very chic, the rooms are small but clean and the balcony had a nice view. With the room alarm, I felt secure leaving my things there. I would definitely go back.

Nice Hotel, though hidden
The hotel was difficult to find, but the service was good. No parking available, but they did have valet service plus 24 hr storage for EUR 25. Central location, about 5 minutes was from Ponte Veccio.
