Fantastic stay
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The artist who has decorated the rooms does fantastic work and she was a delight to talk with. I would definitely stay there if on another trip to Florence.

It is located just behind the S.Marco monastery, with its wonderful fresco paintings. There are many bus lines nearby, but it is at a reasonable walking distance from center also. Excellent breakfast. It can be recommended.

3 day break
Great experience at the Panorama. It was our first time to florence and with so much to see/do over the 3 days, we only needed a bed to sleep in at night and clean towels which the hotel provided. It pretty much does everything it says on the tin, clean room, cheap price and a good location. Its about 10 minutes walk from Duomo and 15/20 to the Uffuzi which makes a nice little walk in the morning/evening to and from the hotel and around 20 mins through the centre to the train station. The hotel staff were helpful when needed and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are touring florence on a budget for a few days and just need a bed to sleep in for the right price and location.

Comfort staying
Staff was very friendly and useful. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was huge and clean. Hotel is located close to most of historical landmarks.

Angenehmes Städtehotel an guter Lage
Das Hotel liegt fussgängerfreundlich und angenehm ruhig. Frühstück ist gut und das Personal sehr entgegenkommend.

Si près de Fra Angelico!
L'hôtel est à 2 pas de la place St Marco, où se trouve le couvent dans lequel Fra Angelico a peint des chefs-d’œuvre! Cela compense le côté légèrement vétuste de l'hôtel. L'accueil y est bon et la literie de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner (compris dans le prix) est tout à fait correct. Nous avons pu faire toutes nos visites à pieds. Beau séjour sous le soleil!

Excellence Qualité Prix
L’hôtel est à 15mn à pieds de la gare, laquelle est à 20mn de bus (un par heure) de l'aéroport pour 6€). Si l'on aime marcher, on peut visiter tout Florence à pieds sans problème. L’hôtel est propre et situé à coté d'une station de bus. L'accueil est excellent. La chambre simple, mais parfaite. Choisir le 4ème étage pour la tranquillité. Le TOP, c'est le petit déjeuner, copieux et excellent.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Séjour du 2 au 6 mai 2012. Hôtel très bien situé (à 5mins à pieds du Duomo !). Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. L'hôtellerie à Florence est réputée chère et vieillote. Certes, l'hôtel n'est pas de première jeunesse, mais la chambre est propre et calme. Le petit déjeuner est bien (sous forme de buffet - dommage que le jus soit chimique !). Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h, et avons été très bien reçus avec une petite visite de l'hôtel ! La terrasse au dernier étage offre une vue magnifique de Florence (tout comme la véranda du petit déjeuner). N'hésitez pas à leur demander des conseils sur les restaurants. A RECOMMANDER...
