There are a few eatery just at the same building we stayed in. And there is a good Supermarket in a very short pleasant walk through beautiful little park (about 7-10 min) where you can get absolutely everything needed (food, washing items and so on).

Apartment good hotel alternative
My wife, adult son and his wife, stayed in this two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that is not a hotel. We had a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Italian hang their clothes out to dry. This allowed us a large amount of space for a good price and the ability to save some money by shopping and cooking for ourselves for most of the meals for the three days in Florence. The apartment gave us the experience of living among Italians and was 1 block from the beautful Arno river and a 20 minute walk from any of the typical tourist interests.

All major attractions are within a 30 minute walk from the apartment we rented, one of three hundred managed in the Florence One World Office. The train station is only a 15 minute walk with rolling luggage. We trained in from Rome and out to Venice.

It's actually an apartment you rent and it's spacey, and has a great location..would love to stay here every time i come.

Fantastic space! Full kitchen, very clean, nicely decorated. Great location! A two story apartment rather than just a hotel room but costs even less than most hotel rooms.

Managament alsolut schlecht
Anschrift ist nur ein Makler, Telnummer nicht vergeben. Keinen Parkplatz (man muss eine Parkgarage ausserhalb mieten für 35 Euro täglich). Einchecken nur von 10:00 - 17:00 ! Wer später kommte, wie ich, muss sich dann erst einmal ein Hotel suchen, und selber zahlen. Zum Check muss ein ein Mietvertrag abgeschlossen werden(auf Italienisch) und für Handtücher 25, für Schlussreinigung 25, für Verbrauch(Gas,Wasser,Strom) 25 Euro plus ein Depot von 200 Euro gezahlz werden. Das Depot ist auf meiner Karte belastet worden. Das Problem: Karte belastet, Geld nicht zurückbekommen. Das Apartment dagegen war richtig super, gegenüber dem Dom, also mitten im Leben dieser grossartigen Stadt.

Long walk from hotel
Bitte niemals im Zentrum Essen gehen. Unfreundlicher Service, Essen a`la Touristenfalle, total überteuert. Lieber etwas ausserhalb (es reicht schon die andere Flussseite) und schon kostet es weniger als die hälfte. Da wird Gastfreundschaft und Italienische Lebensfreude gross geschrieben. Hier isst man das was die Toscana ausmacht.

Une mauvaise surprise
A mon arrivé à Florence je pensais avoir réservé un hotel, même si sur le nom c'est écrit "appartements", en tous cas j'ai effectué mes recherche dans la rubrique hotel et pas appartement. En plus de ça on m'oblige à l'arrivé à 25 euros supplémentaires par personnes pour le ménage, comme nous étions 2 c'est 50€! et optionnelement 25€ par serviette! J'aurais sû, je me serais trouvé un hotel pour le même pris avec petit déjeuner inclus. pas vraiment de bon souvenir au niveau de la chambre, surtout qu'à la fin je suis obligé d'atendre sur place au moin une demi heure (ils ouvrent à 10h) pour qu'il puisse faire leur visite de contrôle du studio car il y a en plus 200€ d'acompte, sachant que dans la salle de bain, presque tout ce détachait des murs (porte serviette par éxemple).

votre appartement peut être n importe ou dans Florence, la via Della vigna nuova est en realité le bureau ou l 'on vous donne la cles et ou l'on vous expédie ailleurs. A votre arrivée on vous taxe 25 € par personne pour les draps et 25 € pour le ménage soita deux 100 € pas prévu et portant ma nuit a 142 € Studio confortable - tout Ikéa- sans double vitrage et TRES bruyants

hôtel authentique très bien situé
hôtel authentique très bien situé au coeur de Florence, chambres spacieuses mais petits désagréments comme pas d'eau chaude le premier jour, problème d"évacuation de douche, climatisation défaillante. D'autres surprises d'ordre financier comme l'électricité, les frais de gestion sont à régler par personne et par jour, tout comme le linge de maison que je vous conseille d'emporter avec vous, sinon il vous sera facturé.. Nous remercions [website] qui a pris en charge tous ces frais annexes.
