The hotel is close to the the train station and easy to find via the map. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly. Though the ice box in the room is not workable, the other equipments are good. Generally it is a good selection if you stay in Florence for few days.

I love this hotel, it is clean
I love this hotel, it is clean and very comfortable. The staff is really so friendly and the the dishes of the breakfast are not so much, but all of them are good. Besides, the location is really close to the train station which is very convient. I strongly recommend this hotel!!

房間整潔，電視接收良好， 浴室光猛，唯一一間提供浴帽，熱水源源不絕，沖廁水力有點不足，不是低級紙巾 暖氣溫度舒適 **早餐選擇多，味道好! 真的非常喜歡這樣的早餐 唯一不足就是房與房之間的隔音不太好

地點很好, 從火車站走過去大概兩三分鐘. 服務員很好, 很友善. 早餐不算好, 但也很不錯. 唯一要批評的是wifi連線, 要8 Euro一天. 要錢不是問題, 反正不算貴, 問題是連線超差勁. 走遍整個房間只有一個角落可以勉強收到訊號, 那就是門口, 累我夫妻倆要輪流坐在大門前, 面向門口面壁. 只要你敢面向房間, 就會馬上掉線了.
