OK, NOT 4 STARS
The employees at the front desk were very helpful however the room we were put in looked like it had not been udated since the building was built. The bathroom smelled like mold and the paint was flaking off the wall in some spots. The hotel advertised air conditioning however the hotel would not turn the AC on.

Internet didn't work and nobody could help me with it and you had to hand in the key into front office staff everytime you left the hotel other I think they should change to electronic keys. Other than that nice big room, staff all very friendly.

Room was very modern but quite small - no shelving in bathroom to put your stuff on - no shelving in shower either which was frustrating. Great location and has a nice restaurant too.

Convenient/reasonable and nice
Needed a reasonable one night stay in Florence before going to the airport. Picked this place because it is near car rental returns and out of the tourist center. The area is not pretty being near the train terminal but the street and hotel were very quiet! The place looks much nicer looking on the inside than from outside. There was a small crowd watching the World cup in a small but attractive lounge and bar. The room was fairly large, the bed comfortable and the room clean. Appreciated the free WiFi. The buffet breakfast was good.

La ns stanza era piccola, poco confortevole e con uno sgradevoe odore da fogna. Arredo modesto e illuminazione scarsa. Fortunatamente la prima colazione era di buon livello. Mauro e Paola

Hôtel situé près de la gare Santa
Hôtel situé près de la gare Santa Novella, à 5 minutes à pied de l'église Santa Maria Novella et donc du début du secteur touristique. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits; les deux premiers jours, un problème non expliqué a entraîné une chaleur difficilement supportable dans la chambre, sans réaction notable de la réception. le 3° jour, la climatisation fonctionnait correctement. bon petit déjeuner, cadre d'accueil et restaurant agréables. parking dans l'hôtel pour 20€/jour.
