Fantastic Location
A few steps away from Florence city center, staff are very kind and helpful by giving information where to go and eat. And Wifi is free!!

Great location for the price
We had a great time in Firenze, the location of the hotel made it really easy. We walked almost everywhere. I highly recommend it.

Friendly atmoshere at great price
Ideal location only few steps from the city centre and the major attractions of the city. Because I have been there for leisure and I had no plans for the trip I found the Hotel staff very helpful in giving me suggestions about sightseeings and good restaurants in the surroundings. I was surprised I found a nice accomodation at that price with free WI-FI included!

kinda cheating
what the hotel described itself seems not true at all! actually a hostel without individual bath, no lift (elevator) and the wireless internet signal so poor that basically not workable. not close to the train station nor sightseeing centre either but since the city itself not that big, the location seems not a big problem. only thing as a good memory may be the helpful staff, they seem to be part-time workers as college students still in school so that there're no staff on duty in the early morning (i wonder if there's morning call service), once i left there before dawn, i had to open the door with the key myself and had it locked again from outside. fortunately i didn't come across safty issues.
