In tune with the perfection of the city
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My room was small, but I was a single person and so it made sense--still it was comfortable, furnished charmingly, and with a great bathroom. The breakfasts are abundant. The walk to the main area for attractions is about 15 minutes, but I really liked being a bit away from all the bustle and walking along the river to the main area or strolling through the charming streets, with great shopping along the way. A wonderful haven in a spectacular city and I highly recommend it.

Kraft hotel September 2012
Excellent hotel just 10 minutes from the centre of Florence Room was good with very good standards of cleanliness Waiting staff were very attentive and spoke at length to all clients discussing attributes of the city and what could be seen that day

Great Hotel
Overall this was a great hotel. It isn't a luxury hotel, but it was nice, well maintained, and spacious compared to many EU hotels we've stayed in. It' was an easy walk from the train station upon arrival, and a pleasant walk to the main sights we wanted to see, e.g. Duomo, David, Ponte Vecchio. Staff were very friendly, and spoke English(which is much appreciated, and should never be taken for granted when abroad). Only thing that could be improved was price, although it wasn't any "worse" than comparable hotels we looked at.

Good Hotel
A little bit far from the center of Firenze....(about 8 euros from Firenze S.N.M by taxi...15 minutes by walk..not easy with baggages) Parking is possible...there is a parking lot at the end of the street where the hotel is. Good facility, great breakfast. It was nice.

The rooms have huge air vents and during several times we could smell smoke. Staff was rude and indifferent. Bedding old and stained. Location is quiet but the rooms are not. We heard every door bang and could hear the conversations in the hall and from other rooms. Spend more and go with a better hotel. It ruined my stay in Florence. This is not a four star hotel. Not even two star.

toll wäre es, wenn man ein zweites großes Handtuch haben könnte und die Zimmer sind seeeehr klein. Der Geräuschpegel ist auch relativ hoch

La piscine n'est guère plus qu'une grande baignoire. Attention aux photos trompeuses. Le petit déjeuner et le service du petit déjeuner ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles : jus de fruit très ordinaire, croissant raci, pas de fruits frais... Quant au service, très médiocre : des serveurs faisant beaucoup de bruit.... n'hésitant pas à mettre la radio trop fort. Rien d'une ambiance feutrée d'un petit déjeuner de 4 étoiles. Plutôt cantine....

「地球の歩き方」の地図にホテルが乗っていない。 住所を頼りにホテルに向かったが、通りが始まる角にあったため すぐに見つけることができた。 このサイトで地図をプリントアウトするべし。 観光地とは少し離れた場所にあるホテルで、 近くの商店街にあるイタリアンレストランの味は最高だった。 小さな町なので、美術館にも大聖堂にも歩いていける。 川沿いに歩けば、ホテルにも観光名所にも行けるので便利。

駅からは歩いて行ける距離ですが、フィレンチェの中心部からは少し歩きます。 バス・ルートＤの停留所からは近いので利用すると良いです。 インターネットが使えるとなっていましたが、１時間３ユーロかかりました。（ＰａｙＴＶとこみで１日１７ユーロのオプションがありました。 朝食はウエイターが１人でテーブルセットをしていたので込んでいる時間帯は待つことがありました。食事の内容は普通です。
