Hotel Kraft was very comfortable, the standard room had a king-size bed, desk with chair, two bedside tables, a lounge chair, TV with several English speaking channels and several lamps. The bathroom had a vanity area, there was adequate space
for hanging clothes, and there were two suitcase stands. The corner room had windows in two directions, with one facing the Arno River. A free cold continental breakfast was provided every morning which included a variety of fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries, meats, boiled eggs, cheese, and cereals. The hotel also had rooftop dining for lunch and dinner and a rooftop bar. The staff was all friendly, speaking several languages, efficient with problem solving, arranging tours and taxis. The hotel was located on the edge of the old section of Florience with many of the main attractions within walking distance.
