GREAT LOCATION IN FLORENCE
Our family of three spent two very nice nights in Florence at the Fenice Palace. The hotel had good A/C, friendly staff, and the location meant we could do all our sightseeing and chores in Florence on foot. We arrived on the train and walked quite easily to the hotel. The breakfast was the only downside. The breakfast room was cramped and the coffee was awful. There were many bars close by so next time we would just go out for our espresso. The public area was a cool and comfortable place to rest after the hot streets of Florence.

Not easy to find but close to attractions. A bit far away from the SMN station. The man in the front desk is rude and did not want to offer help. Breakfast is good and price is OK. The double bedroom is a bit too smal for a 4-star hotel.

For somewhere to sleep in a great location this place ticks all the boxes. Not flash, but value for money and comfortable, and I'm pretty fussy. Highly recommended.

Very bood location
This should not be rated as 4 stars, it is a 3 stars maximum. Needs maintenance all over, the showers dont work properly, TV only showed a couple of channels evernthough there were more available. Maids need more training. One day the placed the clean towels on the bidet!
