Mother and daugher
Devine for mother/daughter getaway!!
Staff (includes restaurant staff) were pleasant and very professional - especially since we had difficulty with the safe!!! My daughter and I felt safe and pampered - just what the doctor ordered. We both decided we will definitely stay at this hotel again when in Florence!

Precious Jewel Heart of Florence
We just returned from a wonderful week in Florence with our family. The hotel staff at the Golden Tower were warm, helpful and gracious. They took care of arranging a day trip with a driver to Cinque Terre, tickets to the opera and gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. The continental breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to suite our family of six. The Golden Tower Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel with a wonderful location. Everything you want to do and see in Florence is right there within a short walking distance. Make sure you use the Spa to relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping.

We just returned from Florence and felt compelled to advise other travellers of this wonderful hotel. From the first encounter at reception all the way through our 4 day stay the friendliness, courtesy and professionalism was second to none. Most importantly the service received felt like it was done out of duty but rather with genuine care for the customers enjoyment of their stay. The room was immaculate and cleanliness exceptional. Ther was no detail of comfort that was overlooked. We stayed in deluxe room 101 and would definitely recommend the upgrade. The spa is superb and just lovely to finish of a busy day in Florence. We are looking forward to returning in June .

Fabulous Florence!
What a fabulous Hotel! Perfectly located in the centre of town a stones throw from the best shopping, sights, restaurants and bars. Delightful, helpful staff and lovely spacious and well appointed rooms with great bathrooms - the 'his n hers' shower in our room was a nice touch. It was my 40th Birthday and on being informed the hotel arranged a free bottle of Prosecco to help us celebrate. The hotel also has a 'happy hour' every evening with complimentary Prosecco and delicious nibbles. My only complaint is there is so much to do in town we didn't have a chance to use the in-house Spa. I would definitely like to return.

excellent cosy comfortable hotel. Staff almost over helpful but charming. The breakfast buffet , well I am tired of buffets , rather have less choice but really good products. Overall an excellent hotel.

Super zentrales Stadthotel
Das Hotel in historische Mauern ist sehr zentral gelegen und mit dem heutigen Komfort ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und die Freundlichkeit des Personals erwähnenswert. Durch die zentrale Lage des Hotels sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fussdistanz zu erreichen.
