Unbeatable location for the price"
Had a fantastic room for family of four. 2 full baths very large room more like a separate apartment by itself very quiet and elegant. Perfect location close to everything. our best part of our vacation was the room. This is the only room in the hotel as described so choose wisely .

Idéalement situé à moins de 10
Idéalement situé à moins de 10 mn à pieds de la gare Santa Maria Novella et donc du coeur historique de Florence, cet hôtel s'est révélé être très agréable et d'un rapport qualité prix excellent. De plus, le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est parfait, copieux et à volonté. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Staff at reception was extremely
Staff at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room I was given was definitely not 4* level. Equipments including the bathroom showed their age (20+ yrs) and street noise was a nuisance due to lack of modern glazing on the window.
