GREAT LOCATION
IT was close to train and 10 min walk to Academia and Uffizzi:)we just walked everywhere:) room was large and comfy. breakfast was nice.we got Free WIFI.only because our room was close to another hotel:) Donetelo was charging for it. Firenze was expensive but this hotel was a great value!

The Donatello is located in an
The Donatello is located in an area within easy walking distance to markets and restaurants. Our room was very spacious and the central heating kicked in around 5pm each day and was pleasantly comfortable. The staff were friendly and the hotel well maintained. i would stay there again.

This hotel is in a perfectlocation.
This hotel is in a perfectlocation. You can walk to any of the major attractions, the railway and the park across the road is well lit and a meeting place for families and friends. The police station is also in the plaza so it is a safe place for solo travellers. The desk staff were friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could. The little garden area is a nice place to relax. The Internet is not free and costly. Breakfast is contiinental and OK if you like a hit of sugar in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if I return to Florence.

Excellent séjour, chambre confortable et calme, hôtel très bien situé, un seul bémol : salle de petit déjeuner un peu exigüe pour accueillir l'ensemble des résidents.

Pas mal mais....
Le petit déjeneur était bien mais jusqu'à 9h30 seulement. Pas de wifi dans les chambres et ils proposent des cartes trop chères (20 mins à 3,50€) c'est une blague? Même le personal de l'hôtel propose d'aller par ailleurs pour avoir la wifi. Le lit était confortable. L'accueil a était sympa mais après on n'a pas eu la chance car il avait une dame pas trop gentille. En général on a passe un bon moment. Sinon, Il faut nettoyer le tapis de l'hôtel ou le changer car ça donne une apparence sale, c'est dommage. Il y a que trois chaînes en italien.

Hôtel très sale, tapis jamais
Hôtel très sale, tapis jamais aspirés dans de dédale de couloirs. Notre chambre nous a été donnée sale, sans aucune excuse. Le service de parking à 30 euros la nuit est prohibitif et la wi-fi à 24 euros par jour même combat. Hôtel vétuste, accueil à la limite de l'incorrection... A ne pas recommander !
