SMN駅から近いので，ESを利用して旅には最適でした． ホテルの方も親切な対応をしてもらいました． ただ，外側の窓のねじがゆるんでいたらしく，風が吹くとかたかた鳴ってました．

フィレンツェ滞在時は便利な立地なのでよく利用しています。トラムの工事が前年より続いており、表通りに面した部屋は早朝から寝ていられない程バスの騒音に悩まされます。毎回、スタッフは対応が素早く親切です。アパートタイプの部屋には、各室にもパソコンがあるはずが今回の部屋は取り外されていて残念でした（ロビーにもPCが複数台ありますが深夜は気が引けるので...）。朝から晩まで観光やビジネスで部屋を空ける方にはとても便利なホテルです。部屋でくつろぎたい場合は道路に面していない客室のリクエストを強くお薦めしま 。
