BORGO VILLA CASTELLETTI is a country hotel located just 14 km far from Florence. The hotel has 21 finely furnished rooms, with king size beds, bathrooms with shower, minibar, Sat TV, telephone, Air Conditioning / Heating. Most rooms have kitchenettes. In the morning breakfast is served in the cosy breakfast room or in the sunny veranda. The hotel has an excellent Tuscan restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a lovely park with a lake, free private parking, free table tennis, free bike hire, free tourist info and reservation desk, a free internet point and a free wi-fi area. A cheap laundry service is also available. The friendly staff will be glad to help you to enjoy the area at best, suggesting visits and tasting at the local wine farms, horse rides, special events or wellness treats. From the railway station of Signa (3 km far from the hotel) the centre of Florence can be reached in 15 minutes. You can get tickets at the reception. Siena, Pisa, Lucca, the Chianti hills are less than 1 hour away.

fantastic , romantic

With lovely beautiful grounds this quiet picturesque hotel that gives all the flavor of Tuscany. Easy 15 minute train ride to cemter of Florence. Tickets are easily purchased from machines or you can purchase a 7 day round trip Florenct to Signa for 14.40 Euros. The trains are much easier than driving. Infact , we found it better to avoid driving whenever possible. Trains take you right to any historical city you desire to visit. Every staff member spoke English very well and were very helpful in helping you to find your way around all of Tuscany...Pisa, Sienal Lucca, Volterra, Florence, Better yet, they had laundry service and, a top resturant on site. Italians eat late, most resturants open for dinner between 7 and 8 pm Also for the truly romantic....Villa Casteletti is the perfect place to have your wedding in the 15th centruy villa tha sits high on a hill and overlooks Florence, Prato, and Pistoia. The arrangements are most lovely and the chefs are superb.
