It was OK...
Staff was helpful. The room was clean yet very noisy (#109), smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom/shower is super TINY . I couldn't wash my hair properly due to the size. Location is fine... 10-15 mins walking from Firenze station.

Nice for the price
The hotel had plenty of space for us. It was a 1 bedroom condo. But it did not have a restaurant. The condo was new and very clean.

Very helpful staff...
Our hotel was close to the train station...but not very convenient to the city or many choices in places to eat dinner. Luckily the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in providing us bus information and tickets to be able to travel within the city. Without them we would have wandered around frustrated and hungry. Room was clean and good sized...we also seemed to luck out and get a room with a balcony...as we did not see any other balconies I do not think this is the norm. But a nice surprise for us!

Climb the Duomo! The view is worth it if you have the steam to make it to the top. One of my favorite memories of Florence.

Worth the walk
I thought there was a pool, and I thought this was closer to the center of Florence than it was. There was no pool, and it was a 20 minute walk to the train station. However, it was quiet and air-conditioned, and that alone made it enviable for tourists staying elsewhere. Staff was great and encouraging, and I enjoyed the breakfast, too.

Long walk from hotel
Stopped at the Uffizi late in the day, and we were able to see some great pieces without the intense crowds that are there early in teh day. We had an hour and a half of leisurely viewing....

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, great breakfast. But a bit far from city center if you are planning on walking. Bus stop is close by to take you to city center.

UK-Italy traveler
Low price with safe parking
Price was right and there was gated parking. First room we were given the A/C did not work... moved to a nearby room which was fine. The rooms are not nice, but we weren't expecting much for this price.
