Friendly Staff and Great Location
There's something very pleasing about being served by waiters in white coats first thing in the morning; and the little touches like a design in the foam of our cappuccino were what set this hotel above the bar. On top of that, the front desk staff was exceptionally accomodating and helped us take care of a pressing issue upon our arrival. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were beautiful. The location was excellent, right on the banks of the Arno and only a minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Florence.

Atmospheric and Artful
Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff was gracious and helpful. Adored the bartender, [...], who made killer cappuccinos! Location was great, especially if you want to go to the Uffizzi Gallery. Could walk to the Duomo, and other historical sites and was located right on the Arno River. Beautiful furnishings and spacious room. Clean and artful bathroom. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and even offered gluten free choices upon request. Also loved the sound of horse hooves on cobblestone and the sounds of church bells in the air. Plenty of shops and cafes and restaurants to choose from. All in all superb.

If you happen to be gluten intolerant or have Celiacs Disease then just request meals that are "senza glutine" and most nearby places were very accommodating. Great risotto at most restaurants we went to!

Fabulous location with fine Italian ambi
I've been to Firenze too many times to count. The location can't be beat. The breakfasts were abundant with lots of choices. And you are in walking distance of everything that is the most important to see. It is not a huge hotel with tons of people coming and going, but it has a welcoming Italian flavor that satisfied all our needs. The front desk handled all our requests. For us, it was a gem.

Beautiful
The hotel turned out to be the most beautiful one I stayed in during my entire stay. The room was large and the bathroom marble just beautiful. The location was very good, a few meters from Ponte Vecchio and teh center of Florence. The view of the river was terrific. The breakfast buffet is definitely the best ever, lots of choices. Everything was fresh and tasty. I love their Prosciutos.

Tres bon etablissement
Acceuil très sympathique, par un personnel parlant français, qui renseigne, indique, propose, et fait tout ce qu'il peut pour que votre séjour soit agréable. D'autre part cet établissement a été refait, nous avions une belle chambre, et une tres belle salle de bain,toujours très bien garnie en produits divers.Le petit déjeuner,est un vrai buffet, avec du choix. Situation géographique impeccable, tout est a proximité, il suffit d'aimer la marche. Je recommande cet établissement.

les restaurants sont tres chers, il ne faut pas hésité, a aller dans les ruelles reculés de la ville, car aux abords des sites, c'est tout simplement prohibitif (entre 10/15€ une tomate mozarella).

Vater mit Tochter
4 Tage verbrachten mein Vater (60) und ich (30) in diesem schönen Hotel. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll in Jugendstil eingerichtet. Vom Eingang bis zur Dachterrasse wird das Konzept durchgezogen was dem Gast ein behagliches Gefühl vermittelt. Die Betreuung war höflich, etwas distanziert, aber wenn man um Hilfe und Auskunft gebeten hat, wurde man stets sehr gut beraten. Punkten konnten wir als Gast mit etwas Italienischkenntnissen und somit auch den ein oder anderen Kellner zu einem Schwatz gewinnen. Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber, leider hatte unseres keine Fenster mit Blick nach draussen, sondern nur an die nächste Hausmauer. War nicht weiter tragisch, das Zimmer wurde von uns nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Wir habe den ganzen Tag in der Stadt verbracht Der einzige negative Punkt an den Zimmern war, dass sie sehr hellhörig sind. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und deckte vom Englischen Frühstück über das Französische bis zum Italienischen alles ab. Die Lage direkt am Fluss ist herrlich und man ist binnen 5 bis 10 Minuten mitten in der Stadt bei all den Museen und Kirchen. Nachteil der Flussnähe sind die Mücken – also unbedingt Antimückenspray mitnehmen, denn Mückennetze gibt es im Hotel keine. Zusammengefasst, können wir das Hotel bestens empfehlen.

Trattoria Benevenuti an der Kreuzung Via dei Neri, Via dei Benci. Hier gehen die Einheimischen essen - wer also auf überteuertes Touristenessen verzichten will ist hier genau richtig - so schmeckt Toscana.

シングルで予約しました。
ヴェッキオ橋近くのアルノ川沿
シングルで予約しました。 ヴェッキオ橋近くのアルノ川沿いということで、景色の良い部屋をリクエスト。 無料で最上階のツインルームにグレードアップ。 あまりの待遇に本当に追加料金は無いのか不安になりましたが、「無い」とのこと 翌朝フローレンス空港へ行くため、空港バスの時刻表は事前に調べていましたが迷いやすいフィレンツェ。 改めて空港バスの乗り場や時刻表を調べてもらいました。 親身になってくれたスタッフに感謝しています。
