Inexpensive lodging
Inexpensive hotel for sleeping, but small with few amenities. The room did have a hairdryer and small fridge. Great location only a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is typical Italian fare.

gave us a room in building a block away,
The hotel does not have room at one location. they gave us room in a building not secure..no ac and no breakfast access a block away. no elevators.

Not so bad, as it looked at the begining
At the begining we felt frustrated because the receptionist told us that our rooms are in another building. This was not mentioned at the hotel information that I got in the internet. Both, main and secondary parts of the hotel are within an apartament block, which are not mainteined at all. At the end,Florence is so beautiful that hotel's defficiencies are invisible.

Nice Staff, Bad Location
We actually had to walk a block from the reception desk to get to our room. Kind of strange and not something you want to do after a long day of travelling. The positives are that it's cheap & the man running the front desk was super nice!

Good location, good price
The hotel is right in front of the S.M.N. train station and within walking distance of major tourist spots. The bus stop is also right in front. Laundry, restaurants, Internet all right outside the door, as well as a supermarket. The staff spoke enough English to meet the tourist's needs. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff went the extra mile to help me get to the beautiful American WWII Memorial in Florence, which to my sad surprise, not many Americans bother to visit. The hotel is a good deal by Italian standards.

サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラ駅のすぐ側で立地的にかなりよく、宿泊した日は特に騒音など気になることもなく快適に過ごせた。 ホテルの方たちもみな感じがよく、次回また利用したいと思わせるホテルであった。

駅より3分ほどのところにあります。エレベーターもあるので荷物
駅より3分ほどのところにあります。エレベーターもあるので荷物の移動は代返ではありませんでした。ホテルには24時間誰かが常駐していますので安心です。朝ごはんも満足できるものでした。ドゥオーモまでは少し距離がありますが ＳＩＴＡのバス停はすぐ近くなのでアウトレットに自力で行こうと思っている方には便利だと思います。ホテル前には小さなスーパーもありますのでお水などを安くで手に入れることができました。機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。
