Lovely Hotel - we had a bad room location though
I took my mom on this trip to celebrate her recent birthday - so I went more upscale than I usually might. And the hotel is lovely (pretty / clean / nicely appointed) - i.e. great. The property's location is perfect for those taking tours (CAF). Very close to where many walking/bus tours start - we never needed a cab - and my mom is 80. Breakfast was good - and folks that praised the coffee were right on target. BUT we were in room 522 though (Camila suite) - which is actually in an annex for hotel - when we were first showed the room - i was a bit off put - very dark - then I realized shutters could be opened - and that fixed the dark cave like sense. Biggest problem - we were under rooms not part of the Albani hotel. On Saturdany night we thus suffered through a loud night of partying above us - screaming / dancing on wood floors that really reverberated - and it went on for two hours (mid-night to two am) . I called the front desk but they said there was nothing that they could do - in the morning - they said sorry and we could move rooms - but we only had one more night. PS Gym is great as well.

Ganz ok.
Nettes Hotel an guter und eher ruhiger Lage. Zimmer war ok. Frühstücksbuffet war tip top. Parkmöglichkeit war auch vorhanden, jedoch teuer!

お部屋もヨーロッパらしくと
ホテル内の雰囲気はとてもよく、 お部屋もヨーロッパらしくとても雰囲気のある良い空間でした。 お風呂はお湯のでるシャワーとバスタブがあり、 インターネットも無線LANを無料で使用できました。 朝食はバイキング形式で美味しく、 スタッフは愛想も良くてとても楽しい滞在になりました。 フロントスタッフはすこし無愛想で英語もあまり話しませんでしたが、 それ以外は満足です。 ツアーでいらっしゃる日本人の方が多かったです。 また、ロビーにあるパソコンはFREEでしたが日本語には対応していなかったです。

El hotel calidad precio nos salió
El hotel calidad precio nos salió bien por una oferta de internet no vale más de 100 euros. El desayuno muy flojo, no hay tostador, bollería seca casi no variedad en el buffet. La atención de la recepción en general poco amables.

Accueil très sympa en francais,
Accueil très sympa en francais, bonne isolation aucun bruit durant la nuit, salle de bain toute en marbre, belle moquette et une super literie. Emplacement très central au coeur de la ville. J'y retournerais.

這家酒店令我跟我先生很滿意! 他們的服務品質很好， 對客人非常有耐心. 唯一小小的建議是他們的internet 要加強. 我住在Albani 4 nights, 最後2天 internet out of order, 一直都沒有修復好! 早餐非常好, coffee is excellent.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix
Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour un vrai 4* à 2 pas de la gare de Santa Maria Novella. Le seul regret est la connexion à internet payante (5€ pour 3 heures fractionnables)
