Everything was fine, great place to stay, good staff, breakfast, close to train station and just far enough away from night time street noise. As with all Spanish and Italian hotels, internet connection not good but great spot across street.

We were in Florence for the first time. The hotel has a very good location, short walk to the train station and the staff was friendly and helpful to give us all the information we needed. The hotel room has double windows so it is very quiet. The room is very clean. Breakfast is good. The internet connection needs to be improved though.

great hotel
this is a great hotel. very close to the train and bus station. hotel service was great and the single rooms were a good size. i would definitely stay there again. the only downside to the hotel is the area. it isn't dangerous but could make a single woman a bit nervous in the middle of the night.

2010年２月にツインを女性２名で１泊利用。清潔で感じの良いホテルです。部屋のインテリア、アメニティ、朝食のホットメニューなどお値段以上の価値があります。駅から近いので便利ですが、治安がどうかしらと初めは心配しました。フィレンツェは治安が良いので心配ありませんでした。レセプションの方がとても親切で、女性や外国語に不安な方に最適なホテルです。

駅からも近く、設備も問題ありませんでした。バスタブがあり、この値段の割には、設備も良かったです。朝食は食べる時間ありませんでしたが、雰囲気は良さそうでした。また機会があれば、泊まってみたいと思います。

Das Hotel ist nahe dem Hauptbahnhof
Das Hotel ist nahe dem Hauptbahnhof gelegen. Die Zimmer zum Hof sind sehr leise. Ein nettes Zimmer mit gutem Ambiente, passend zu Florenz. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Es gibt auch die typische italienische Mortadella und Salami neben Müsli, Eiern, Joghort, Obst, Croissants und noch diversen anderen Kleinigkeiten. Die Badezimmer des jeweils anderen Zimmers stoßen an einer Seite an die Zimmerwand, so dass man die Geräusche beim Spülen hört. Aber nur beim Spülen, sonst nichts ! Da es relativ selten vorkommt, haben wir es zu keiner Zeit als störend empfunden, obwohl wir immerhin 6 Nächte dort verbrachten. Darüber, dass uns bereits am ersten Morgen das Nachthemd abhanden kam ( weil die Bettbezüge täglich gewechselt werden ) sehen wir hinweg. Kann passieren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden !
