Poor example of a "hotel"
First room was damaged. Second was ok but cold all night - would not get warm. Location was bad in a neighborhood - located in a condo complex. No restaurant anywhere close Extra blankets smelled badly. Overall, I would never ever stay there again.

La Maison Jolly Good!
Nice clean small hotel, modern with very comfortable bed, good amenities and an above average breakfast. Claudio and Claudia were very helpful in helping me with an airline problem. I recommend this hotel. Like a lot of places in Italy it was a little difficult to find the address with poor signage, but worthwhile once we arrived.

Only If You're Overnighting Near Airport
A very basic place near the Rome airport but hard to find. Print out a street map to give your driver just in case. We arrived and were greeted indifferently although admitted to our room 2 hours before official check in time. Disappointed that the shuttle into town was full...wish we were told we needed to reserve. We got there on our own (airport shuttle, train, subway) and that was fine but would have much preferred to ride door to door in comfort.. The room itself was bare bones but extremely clean with great sheets and tons of fluffy white towels. Great shower...you have to turn on the water heater first. No room safe but we left our unlocked belongings (including passport, jewelry) in the room and all was fine. Breakfast was included, the morning shuttle showed up promptly and took us back to the airport. For a safe place to leave our luggage, shower, sleep, and get back to the aiport, this place was fine.

Nice Place
Great location and close to Fiumicino Airport. Nice restaurant about a block away - ask at desk. Clean, large room with kitchen, nice bathroom, decent breakfast. Will stay again on next trip to Italy.

Very convenient, clean and nice service
Located in a middle-class residential neighborhood, has a homey feel to it. The service people are very friendly, the rooms clean and still very new, the kitchenette was handy. Wireless Internet is available but frustratingly weak. The shuttle to the airport was great and they cater well for those early flights. Decent standard breakfast. Great as a place to stay near the airport yet far away from the sterile atmosphere of the airport hotels.

Total Failure
How dare a serious comnpany as [...]deal with this kind of places. Lets start preventing all americans to be vctims of this fraud.
